Order Processing & Shipping
Processing Time:
- Most orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- Custom or personalized items may take 5–7 business days (noted on product pages).
Shipping Options & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping (Free on orders $40+) → 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping ($8.99) → 2–3 business days
- Local Pickup (Free, in Portland, ME) → Ready in 1–2 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Severe weather or carrier delays may impact transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window:
- Unused, unwashed items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Custom/monogrammed items are final sale (unless damaged).
Process:
- Email [email protected] with your order # and reason for return.
- We’ll send a prepaid return label (deducted from refund) or instructions for exchanges.
- Refunds process within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used, washed, or damaged goods (unless faulty upon arrival).
- Sale/clearance items (marked “Final Sale”).
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at [email protected]. We’ll replace or refund the item ASAP!
